Gems Modern Academy is a great place , where students are imparted excellent academic and extracurricular coaching. We have enrolled both our boys Hadee Mohamed (Grade2) and Hamdan Mohamed (Grade KG 1B) with high expectations of getting the best possible education as well as exposure to extra-curricular activities. I am not disappointed at all that we enrolled our little daughter aswell this year. GMA has delivered more than our expectations. The amount of importance laid on sports activities, which has become a dream in schools in Kerala is indeed commendable. We appreciate the motivating and open culture of the school. The staff is well qualified and courteous. Kids are encouraged to interact and not be afraid of their teachers. They respect their teachers and are making good progress in all areas. We are thankful to the teaching staff and the management, specially Hillary Ma'am (our former principal) for our boys progressions. I would like to highlight that kids here at GMA enjoy coming to school everyday. The open and supportive environment of the school helps them to excel in academics as well as in the areas of their interests like creative art and sports. The staff is very caring, professional and responsible. Thanks to the management and special thanks to the brilliant teaching faculties.

The first day I was a bit nervous for my kids but now after 5 years of being a GMA parent I know it was the right decision to have them join GMA. The school, faculty & staff, has been the best experience, for our entire family! The school has given my children a unique opportunity to develop themselves academically, socially and mentally. My kids feel loved, safe, and are learning and growing. The faculty and administration are wonderful and dedicated. Moreover GMA provides a wonderful community atmosphere and the children feel respected and safe. I as a parent is given so many opportunities to be involved with my kids in many aspects of their education and school functions and to be part of their education which was something i was very particular about when looking out for a school for my boys.

I feel the school has given me a great exposure over my 13 years in school and it has helped me to become a better person. The best part is I feel the school has a very friendly and caring environment/teachers.

My journey at GMAK started in 6th grade during the COVID PANDEMIC. The efforts of the management in conducting online classes are appreciable bringing the students engaging towards online technology Over the past 3 years, the school infrastructure has improved by leaps and bounds. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable, and our school GMAK is more than a home for me as it nurtures the talents in young minds with its extracurricular activities, eco-friendly campus, and extraordinary teachers. Excellent care, guidance, and support for children. The teachers enable every child to reach their full potential. We learn in a safe and happy environment. I am an IB PYP educator and collaborate and connect with my learners and colleagues through experiential teaching and learning, leading the way for me as the Grade 1 lead. The enriching 8 years of journey with GEMS Modern Academy Kochi equipped me to implement innovative programs to affect student outcomes in a positive way. Every day, I ask myself a series of questions and I share the same with the team Are the learners excited about learning? Do they feel like a valued participant in the lesson? What variety of strategies and evaluations can be used in the instruction to ensure differentiation and whole-class inclusion? We then adapt the best possible style to the changing dynamics and different needs of the classroom. The teaching profession is a mission with love where each facilitator excites engages and empowers the young learners to expand their minds and cultivate their souls. We help them to become lifelong learners with a growth mindset and an innate curiosity about the world.
