Leadership begins with responsibility. Learners are given age-appropriate opportunities to listen, represent others, organise, collaborate and contribute to campus life.
From Home Room to Student Senate
As learners grow, their responsibilities become more complex: planning an event, representing peers, leading a sustainability initiative or contributing to discussions that affect the wider campus.
What we look for
Learners selected for formal responsibilities are expected to demonstrate respectful conduct, reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
Events and opportunities
Festivals, competitions, leagues and campus wide initiatives give learners real audiences and real stakes, and the chance to respond constructively to both success and disappointment.
